HPE DISCOVER
For HPE Discover, a flagship global technology conference, I collaborated with the content and brand teams to streamline over 400 PowerPoint presentations for brand consistency and narrative clarity. In addition, I developed the storyboards for HPE’s Industry Overview video — a key part of their mainstage visual experience.

THE APPROACH
Brand Alignment & Presentation UX
The first challenge was scale. Over 400 decks were submitted from different departments, each with its own voice, formatting, and level of polish. I created a centralized brand framework to apply across all decks:

Design system based on HPE brand guidelines: typography, color usage, slide hierarchy, and data visualization styling

Content UX checklist to ensure clear message flow, readable layouts, and effective visuals

Slide templates for reusable structures: intros, agenda slides, process graphics, and calls to action
I used batch workflows and visual QA protocols to speed up consistency checks without compromising on quality.

THE PROCESS
Storyboarding the Industry Overview Video

For the keynote’s opening video, I led the storyboard design to translate technical messaging into a compelling visual story. The goal was to balance data with emotion — highlighting HPE’s innovation across verticals like healthcare, manufacturing, and energy.
Storyboard Process:
